Witnesses to the public disorder in Carrickfergus on 9/10 July 2011 are being sought by investigators from the Police Ombudsman's Office.
Police fired 2 Attenuated Energy Projectiles (AEPs) during the disturbances in response to coming under attack from a crowd who were attempting to hijack vehicles.
The Office is appealing to anyone who was in the North Road/Woodburn Road areas of the town in the early hours of Sunday 10 July and who may have witnessed the public disorder and the police response.
