Following yesterday’s fire at an adjacent building on Belfast’s Donegall Street, the Police Ombudsman’s offices at Writer’s Square currently remain closed.
A spokesman said: “Given concerns about the structural integrity of the fire-damaged building, we have been advised that our Offices should remain closed at this stage.
“Currently we do not have access to our normal phone lines, although staff are continuing to work from home.
“At present, anybody wishing to make a complaint about police conduct should do so either by email [email protected]
or via the online form on our website
“Non-complaint correspondence should be sent to our general [email protected] address, which we are continuing to monitor.”
“We will advise of any further updates as the situation develops.”
