The Police Ombudsman’s Office is having to adapt our working arrangements in line with Government guidance relating to the current outbreak of Covid-19.

The Office is no longer open to members of the public, however we will continue to receive complaints relating to police conduct.

If you wish to make a complaint please send an email to [email protected] or [email protected]

Should you wish to make a complaint by telephone you may do so between the hours of 11am and 3pm Monday to Friday by calling 028 90 828 641. Please note, however, that in the current circumstances we would prefer to receive complaints by email.

The Police Ombudsman Office will also continue to provide an investigative response to critical incidents where that may be necessary.

Whilst the current situation will result in unavoidable delays to investigations, the Police Ombudsman is committed to the resumption of normal business at the earliest opportunity.  In the meantime, we thank you for your co-operation and understanding.
