Witness appeal - Dungannon

The Police Ombudsman's Office has appealed for witnesses to an incident involving the police which took place in Dungannon earlier this month.

Officers apprehended an adult male in the Hollow Mills development, at New Mills in Dungannon, at approximately 11:05pm on 9 October.

A spokesperson from the Office said; "We are looking at the circumstances surrounding the arrest of an individual, and in particular what happened shortly after the arrest. The incident took place in a residential area and witnesses may be able to help us establish what occurred."
